Lifeline Dictation Professional Speedbuilding Materials

Every CD and tape offers 60 minutes of quality practice material. All dictation is marked using the word count method. The dictation speed does not fall below indicated speed. For an extra challenge, up to one-fifth of the material may be 5 to 20 words per minute greater than the speed indicated in the reference number. Each dictation take averages between 5 and 10 minutes in length. The challenge takes average 2 to 3 minutes in length. No material is repeated on a given tape/CD unless it is in the DRILL series.
